Frequently Asked Questions & Client Testimonials

DOG WALKING FAQS

How many dogs do you walk at once?

We walk a maximum of 3 dogs per group. This ensures safety, proper attention, and a calm walking environment for every dog.

Are the dogs walked on-leash?

Yes. For safety and legal compliance, all dogs are walked on-leash unless prior arrangements and written permission are given for off-leash time in secure areas.

What areas do you cover?

We operate across the Vaud region, including Lausanne, Morges, Nyon, Prilly, Écublens, and surrounding towns. Not sure if we cover your location? Contact us — we’re happy to check!

How long are the walks?

Our standard group walks are around 60 minutes, not including transport time. Walks are always tailored to the energy levels and needs of the group.

Can I schedule regular weekly walks?

Absolutely! Many of our clients book recurring slots — daily, weekly, or a custom schedule. We also accept occasional or one-time bookings depending on availability.

What happens in bad weather?

Walks go ahead rain or shine, with appropriate adjustments. If weather is dangerous (e.g., thunderstorms, extreme heat), we’ll shorten walks or reschedule and inform you promptly.

Do you accept all dog breeds?

Yes — we welcome all breeds. However, dogs must be well-socialized (or suitable for solo walks), non-aggressive, and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Do you offer solo walks?

Yes, solo walks are available for puppies, seniors, or dogs with special needs. These are offered on a limited basis and priced separately. Please contact us for more info.
